Title: Salsa From My Mom

Yield: 4 Servings

4mdTomatoes; peeled, chopped
1/2cOnion -- finely chopped
1/2cCelery -- finely chopped
1/4cBell pepper; finely chopped
1/4cOil
2tbGreen chiles; finely chopped
2tbRed wine vinegar
1tsMustard seed
1tsCilantro seed -- crushed or
  Fresh cilantro leaves
1tsSalt

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally. Serve with corn chips.
